Rental of venue : $1700.00 (1 hr for staff set up 5 hr for event with farm catering) Hall will hold 350 guests
Includes seating for 150 guests, a bridal room if needed, the day before set up from 9am-5:30pm, usage of hall starting 8:30 am till the end time of ceremony
Rental of venue: (without farm catering) $1950.00 (includes all of the above mentioned)
Bar : $150 for 5 hrs ; 2 bartenders, set up and break down of bar
Security: $60 for 3 hrs : to monitor parking lot and Bar area
Insurance: Farm may assist to obtain if needed
MENU POSSIBILITIES
MEATS: BBQ Chicken, BBQ Ribs; 14-15 oz Rib Eye steak, Meat Balls and Sausage
Sides: fresh green beans (with almonds and bacon); Vegetable Salad, Baked Potato, Corn on the cob, Pasta salad, Ziti and Sauce, Rolls and butter
Pig Roast and Clam bake options upon request
Hors D`oeuvres: upon request
Pricing range $20.00 - $35.00 per person
18% Gratuity will be added to bill



Wedding/Event prices vary based on flat rate rental and food choices. All guests are welcome to use a licensed self-contained caterer for their special occasion. The Ranch can provide referrals if needed. All services and staff are utilized on an on-need basis for your special day only. We do not book multiple events on one date, all preparations are done entirely for you! For all special event customers, setup and cleanup of all decorations and decor are the responsibility of the client.
